Bailame Dance Festival Vendor Application 2023

Vendor Fee: $350

Vendor will be provided with

• 2 chairs

• 1 six foot table

• outlet for power when requested

• 2 full pass to the Bailame Dance Festival

PLEASE NOTE: There is no fee to "apply" for this festival. Vendor applications are assumed accepted and total vendor fees are included in the application (reserved space, permits, etc., for the event.) full refund will be issued in case of application denial.

Please provide information exactly as you wish it to appear in published festival materials. This form requires payment by credit card via Stripe. Applications will only be reviewed once payment is received. Acceptance as a vendor will be communicated within 10 days of application. If your application is not accepted for any reason, your fee will be refunded.

Be sure you have credit card available, as you will be required to submit payment in order to finalize your spot. Otherwise, your spot will not be confirmed and re-submission of form will be requested.

A week before the event date, Bailame will provide vendors with layout and placement of each vendors via email.
